SERVICES

  • Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS the planning is now in progress…

To have a legal marriage in advance of your Celebrant Ceremony, you can do this with any Registrar’s Office in Northern Ireland. However you must book them and advise it’s a basic ceremony you require as you are having a Celebrant marrying you at a later date. The notice of marriage paperwork is submitted to the Registrar and their fee is payable at the same time.

I will be delighted to officiate your wedding ceremony in the way that you want but the legal side must be arranged separately. This will be done with two witnesses in a very simple ceremony at an approximate cost of £88.

Here is a link with all the information regarding your registry office requirements: www.nidirect.gov.uk/gro — follow the pathway of marriage notice application.  All registration offices operate an appointment system. The service will need to be booked well in advance as dates book up early so make this your first task and you might want to arrange this for a date close to your chosen ceremony date.

    First Meeting

Once you have set the date for your big day and maybe even chosen your venue, let's arrange a meet up to allow me the honour of hearing all what you both have in mind for your big occasion and how I can assist.

We will chat and get to know each other and I can gather all your wishes for your ceremony to suit your day. I then collect your love story and take it away with me to start work on the preparation of a draft ceremony.

I will also plan to visit the venue to make myself familiar with the layout.

    Second Meeting

Our chance to meet up again with the prepared draft so we can all work together to modify, tweak, add, take away, whatever it takes until we all agree that we have it exactly as we want it.

    Third Meeting

This might fall as a final interview to check that all is going according to plan and cater for any changes. This can be carried out at the rehearsal and might also be my chance to meet and rehearse with the bridal party.

    The Big Day

I arrive, with my calm, relaxing vibe, script in hand and full plan ready for the happy couple to meet at the bottom of the aisle with their full trust in handing over to myself for the nerves to settle and the joining of you both to commence.

I will perform your ceremony with the utmost professionalism, filled up on joy with the honour of sharing the magic of your very special day, in the togetherness of your families and friends.

    Then, time to celebrate!

    Fees

Wedding ceremony from £475 with 25% of total cost as non-refundable deposit, payable on first meeting. Balance payable 14 days prior to ceremony date.

PLEASE NOTE: Northern Ireland travel is included in the cost within a 50 mile radius. Further travel can be arranged at reasonable rates, please contact me to discuss.
